Job Title: Works Controller

Location: Fremantle

Salary range: $62 663 to $64 993 per annum + super + vehicle

Responsibilities:

·         Receives, verifies and prioritizes work requests from campus contacts.

·         Creates work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete.

·         Performs periodic billing of work orders.

·         Control inventories assigned to Facilities Management

·         Act as the communications center and dispatch for trades and professional staff.

·         Maintains the integrity of the work order system data.

·         Manages the data in the work control system, performs periodic updates of critical information.

·         Has full created and delete capability within the work order system.

·         Trains others in the use of the work order system.

·         Processes confidential information.

·         Maintains a complex filing system.

·         Develops process relative to the work control system.
