Job Title: Deputy Director of Nursing
Location: St, Shenton Park
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor of Applied Science( Nursing) or equivalent
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated leadership with minimum of 10 years employed experience within nursing
- Previous experience and demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Management
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relationship, negotiation and conflict management
- Working knowledge and demonstrated ability to manage, administer and lead a proactive OS and H programme
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and experience of quality improvement, accreditation system, best practice, bench marking and research activities and their application in the healthcare setting
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate people
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and reviewing nursing staff
- Overseeing the department budgets
- Reporting to high-level staff members
- Maintaining high standards of care
- Managing patients' data and medical records
- Interacting with doctors, patients and family members
