Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Group Leader Supervisor
Location: Willowdale
Roles and Duties:
- Be responsible for the operation and management of the assigned Mobile Maintenance team.
- Lead the work team to achieve sustained improvements and develop standardized work.
- Develop the team capabilities to achieve business objectives and lasting improvements in safety.
- Maintaining safety and Mobile Maintenance targets to meet the business plan, optimizing crew performance through coordination, coaching and feedback and prioritizing Mobile Maintenance activities
- Ensures Mobile Maintenance activity is carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and within Alcoa operating procedures and the quality system to maintain product and environmental quality.
Attributes:
- The successful applicant will be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision making skills.
- Considerable experience in a mining production or Mobile Maintenance environment and a commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of safety systems and mining regulations and procedures is also important in this role.
