undergraduate/Assistant Valuer close to qualification.

We currently have an opening within our
Valuation & Advisory Services division for an experienced Valuer to form an
integral part of our Melbourne CBD team. Reporting to the National Director,
with a focus on retail valuations an overview of your responsibilities is as
follows;
·
Undertaking valuations of commercial and retail
properties within both metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas.
·
Utilizing tools such as cash flow analysis,
tenancy histories, rental returns, capital expenditure reporting, and sales
information from other relevant properties to determine value of commercial and
retail properties.
·
Developing rigorous valuation reports which
demonstrate a strong level of analysis and understanding of the core criteria
necessary in effective commercial property valuations.
·
Developing and implementing processes to ensure
regular reporting is provided to the Director of Valuations & Advisory.
·
Establishing and maintaining relationships with
key valuation & advisory clients, and property owners.
·
Proactively focusing on achieving individual and
team budget and goals.
·
Ensuring CBRE specific systems are updated
regularly with client and valuation information.
Personal Requirements:
·
You will be a self-starter and be willing to
learn.
·
You should have excellent attention to detail,
superior organization skills
·
The ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
·
You must be confident, articulate and have the
capacity to develop and implement marketing activities.
·
You will have a thorough understanding of
valuation criteria and ability to communicate its relevance to clients.
·
Exposure to cash flow analysis is desired.
·
Tertiary qualifications in a recognized property
valuation course are necessary and
·
You must be a CPV or close to certification.
