Job Title: Administrative Officer Level 4 – Coordinator and
Executive Support

Salary: Range $54,636 to $55,956
The Roles:
- The Admin Officer – Coordinator & Executive Support role provides administrative support to several senior management positions.
- Type all minutes, reports, correspondence and memos as requested
- Take notes of meetings as requested
- Maintain an effective and efficient central filing system and personal filing system for Coordinators
- Answer routine queries from staff/community and/or direct as necessary.
- Support CEO/DCEO Personal
- Assistant as required and coverage during leave or absence.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Attend relevant meetings as required
- Manage the storing and recording of information necessary for the completion of the agency
- Co-ordinator’sresponsibilities, including, managing filing systems, archiving, and disposal.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all aspects of the agency and liaising with external key stake holders.
- Provide cover for CEO/DCEO Personal Assistant when on leave.
- Assist CEO/DCEO Personal Assistant with support for all management meetings including all after hours meetings.
- Provide backup support for Administration Team to cover absences and/or for major projects.
- Organize and coordinate specific projects for Co-ordinator as directed
- Pro-actively identify areas for improvement and develop projects which facilitate the effective and efficient flow of information in the organization.

Skills Required
- Ideally you will be a highly motivated person with demonstrated experience in supporting management positions, well developed administrative skills and relevant experience.
Essential:
- High standard of word processing/typing skills, to a minimum of 60wpm
- High level of competency with Microsoft office programs, particularly Word and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience in managing paper based and electronic filing systems
- Well developed oral and written communication skills
- Well developed organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Commitment to EEO, WHS, Human Rights and Safe Work Practices
- Administration Support experience to positions in a senior management role
- Commitment to work after regular hours as required
Desirable:
- NSW Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
