Assist in developing and implementing a vendor sourcing strategy to manage technical delivery of requirements into the production environments as well as support and maintenance for the production environments

Understand customer needs and develop/fine-tune systems accordingly ·

Educate business on CRM capabilities that are available for commercialization

Give input to the relevant business units into the key drivers for budget and forecast purposes

Ensure that CRM present to business on a regular basis on underutilized capabilities of systems, reports and future CRM ecosystem

Follow all corporate governance procedures

Ensure that changes to the current environment are properly documented and tested before promoting into production

Post production changes should be documented and managed

Business Analysis

Desired Experience & Qualification

At least 10 years experience in CRM application architecture, development and CRM roadmaps

At least 3 years’ experience in the IT/Telecoms industry and specifically the application of Information Technology within the telco space

TOGAF Business Architecture Level 1

Siebel CRM Tools

A background in System Architecture & Design which includes the creation of highly detailed functional requirements which describe deep functional logic of a system

Current Web Technologies (React, Vue, Node, Angular, MEAN Stack etc)

Microservices

Solid background in programming (e.g. Node, React, Angular, Java, Python, C/C++, C#, VB.Net, Erlang)
